Cancellation Policy
WhatSup Bonaire Cancellation Policy for Tours -Bookings will be confirmed when we notify you with booking confirmation. -Cancellations by the guest more then 48 hours prior to the departure time of the scheduled tour: you will receive a full refund (minus already made booking and transaction coast). -Cancellations by the guest 48 to 24 hours prior to the departure time of the scheduled tour. You will receive 50% refund. -If for any unforeseen reason WhatSup Bonaire has to cancel the tour more ten 24 hour prior to the departure time of the scheduled tour: you will receive a full refund. -WhatSup Bonaire operates in safe weather, and reserves the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require. -In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the tour due to unsafe Weather conditions. This decision could made by the Captain last minute. WhatSup Bonaire will do their best to reschedule another date to execute your tour. -If the tour cannot be rescheduled you will receive a voucher to use within 2 years or you will receive a 90% refund. -If you have booked the tour through a 3rd party, please contact your booking agent to cancel and arrange your refund.
